July 25, 2019 at 03:30AM by CWC Ever wish you could have a personal coach for all things sex and relationships? That’s Lila Darville, actually, and her caring, direct advice *will* transform your sex life for the better. Here, in her latest for the Well+Good Council, she provides concrete ways to explore erotic possibilities with your partner. Try one or try them all—and watch as your satisfaction grows and grows. When looking for ways to broaden your sexual experience with your partner, communication is key. But to keep the conversation going and the experiences unfolding, you may be looking for more direct inspiration. We all have different erotic languages, so it can be helpful to understand yours and your partner’s so you can work toward connecting more deeply. We should be constantly discovering the flavors of play that might be available to us and the ways to share fantasies and desires with our partner. ad_intervals[‘406827_div-gpt-ad-7435403-3’] = setInterval(function () { if (ads_ready) { clearTimeout(ad_intervals[‘406827_div-gpt-ad-7435403-3’]); googletag.cmd.push(function(){googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-7435403-3’);}); } }, 100); There are many ways to get inspired that can deepen communication and precision of language and facilitate a mind-body connection—and they aren’t purely visual. The ideal result of exploring erotic possibilities is creating avenues of communication where you can freely share in a low-pressure environment. Luckily, if you need some inspiration for new sexual possibilities, there are some amazing resources! Here are some of my favorite tools to open the conversation and discover things you didn’t even know you were craving. Photo: Stocksy/Vegterfoto

5 Paleo lunch recipes you can make in 5 minutes or less

July 25, 2019 at 02:01AM by CWC A few Instagram influencers aside, nobody meal preps perfectly every single week. Life happens and sometimes all those time- and budget-conscious habits fall apart. Before you know it, you’ll find yourself shelling out $15 for lunch on a regular basis. (When did chopped salads get so pricey anyway?!) If you follow a specific eating plan, such as keto, Whole30, or Paleo, figuring out where to go for lunch can be tricky and require Google searching what healthy grab-and-go places are nearby that offer meals you can actually eat and feel good about. And who has time for that? The lack of time is what got you into this situation in the first place. Even if you’re short on time, chances are, you can find five measly minutes in your day to prep a lunch. Even during those weeks when Sunday meal prep is a pie-in-the-sky dream, there are easy meals you can make very, very quickly. Each of these recipes is Paleo-approved and requires just five minutes of your time. See ya later, sad desk lunch! ad_intervals[‘410079_div-gpt-ad-8891272-3’] = setInterval(function () { if (ads_ready) { clearTimeout(ad_intervals[‘410079_div-gpt-ad-8891272-3’]); googletag.cmd.push(function(){googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-8891272-3’);}); } }, 100); 5 Paleo lunch recipes that take just 5 minutes to make Photo: Healing Gourmet 1. Nike introduced us to running on air, and the Joyride will show us what it’s like to run on bubbles

July 24, 2019 at 10:00PM by CWC Gird your wallets: Nike is launching a new running shoe line that even I, a non-avid runner, need in my closet. It’s called Nike Joyride, and they are seriously making me reconsider my anti-running tendencies. Nike says running in one of these shoes is like running on bubbles, which is a truly delightful image. I spent approximately one minute running through all the other ways to describe how wearing shoes feels (clouds, Dippin’ Dots, etc.), and can say with finality that “on bubbles” is not only correct, but also how I want every pair of my shoes to feel.  The bubble feeling comes from the beads, made from a plastic and rubber copolymer called “TPE,” that are strategically placed in pods in the heel portion of the footbed of the shoes. These create a unique cushion that helps with impact absorption. Nike tested over 150 materials before landing on this one (I’m assuming that their decision-making system involved some sort of bubble ranking), with the whole point being to “give your legs a day off” without, you know, actually taking a day off.  ad_intervals[‘410599_div-gpt-ad-7520022-3’] = setInterval(function () { if (ads_ready) { clearTimeout(ad_intervals[‘410599_div-gpt-ad-7520022-3’]); googletag.cmd.push(function(){googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-7520022-3’);}); } }, 100); Image: Nike The inspo for these cushiony kicks came from noticing that parks with a paved running course almost always have a parallel path where the grass has been worn down. (This feels vaguely Whitman-esque to me.) That’s because a dirt or grass path is easier on
