May 29, 2020 at 12:28AM It’s safe to say I trust Cara Delevingne when it comes to style, so if she’s sporting a chic ‘fit, I’m definitely in. Case in point: the oversized hoodies and T-shirts she’s wearing in her campaign images for Puma‘s newest launch, From Puma With Love. Cara, who’s an LGBTQ+ activist, collaborated with Puma to create a 13-piece capsule collection to celebrate Pride Month. The affordable pack features a fun waist bag, rainbow slides, and an assortment of colorful tees and hoodies that you can wear to support Pride Month and long after – and everything is priced between $20 and $45. But that’s not the best part. . . Puma is donating 20 percent of the collection’s proceeds to The Cara Delevingne Foundation, a part of the Giving Back Fund that supports LGBTQ+ charities including GLAAD, The Trevor Project, and Mind Out. You can shop the majority of the collection on Puma.com starting June 1, with the exception of the slides, which will drop on June 28th. Check out all 13 pieces, plus Cara’s gorgeous campaign photos, below. Everything You Need to Know About Sephora’s New and Improved Loyalty Program
May 28, 2020 at 09:57PM In some very welcome news, Sephora has announced that it has revamped its Beauty Insider loyalty program – and the changes are pretty major. From tomorrow, for the first time ever, shoppers will be able to earn cash rewards with every dollar spent. Called Beauty Insider Cash, shoppers will automatically be able to redeem a $10 voucher at checkout when they reach 500 points. Plus, Sephora will hold point multiplier days across the year whereby customers can earn two, three or four times the points for every dollar spent, depending on their membership level. The minimum spend for free shipping is also being lowered for VIB and Insider-level members – for VIBs, they’ll now get free shipping on purchases of $35 or more and Insiders on purchases over $50. Rouge members will continue to be able to access free standard shipping on all orders. Beginning in the fall, Rouge members will also be given first access to new product launches. The birthday gift offering has also been overhauled, allowing customers to choose from new categories including haircare and skincare and featuring buzzy brands like Briogeo, MILK Makeup and Sol De Janeiro. When social distancing measures ease, Sephora will also introduce a set of beauty experiences for its loyalty members including “a one-on-one meet-up with a brand founder, a facial from a skincare guru, or a chance to see how their favourite product is made,” according to a release. The news follows the brand’s announcement that
I’ve Tested 50+ Bodysuits, and This One Is the Most Flattering and Versatile by Far
May 28, 2020 at 10:30PM Finding a flattering bodysuit is as hard as discovering the perfect pair of jeans – it takes lots of trying on. As a shopping editor, I have tested at least 50 bodysuits and have a strict criteria for what makes one great. I have several requirements: It needs to be smoothing and supportive. I don’t want to feel like I’m stuffed in it. When I wear it with jeans and skirts, it shouldn’t look awkward or unflattering. It must be comfortable. The whole point of a bodysuit is that I don’t want to worry about constant adjustments. For bonus points: it’s versatile, and I can style it many different ways. So clearly, when I uncover a good one, I need to tell the world about it. Hands down, my favorite option to date is this Yummie Ballet Shaping Full Back Bodysuit ($68). When I tried it on, I audibly gasped because I was so surprised by how well it fit – it’s simple, but it looks luxe and stylish. The design has light compression that smooths out my torso like shapewear. It’s also supportive enough to wear without a bra, and I’m a D cup! That never happens. The fabric is made to control your body heat, absorbing it when you’re hot and releasing it back to you when you’re cold – so genius. There are two rows of snap closures so you can have an adjustable fit. I love it so much, I’m going
After Years of Searching, I’ve Finally Found the Perfect White Sneakers
May 28, 2020 at 10:05PM You can catch me wearing white sneakers pretty much any day of the week. There’s something about them that just makes me feel like my outfit is more put together. Throughout the years, I’ve bought so many different styles and brands that I’ve worn down until they need replacing. Time and time again, I tried new ones, because I hadn’t found “the ones” I can’t live without. Then on a whim, I bought the M. Gemi Palestra Minimo Sneakers ($198), and they became my new favorites. What makes them so special? For me, I love the design. I wanted something that was minimal and brand-less. I found that a lot of similar pairs either had a lot of branding on them or were upward of $400, which I would never spend. The cool design pretty much matches anything, including stretchy comfy pants, my favorite jeans, cute maxi dresses, and even work slacks. The sneakers are also handmade in Italy, making them a quality pair you know will last. Made from real leather, they’re a little stiff when you first get them, but mine broke in quickly. Plus, the rubber sole easily formed to my foot for all-day comfort. I first tried them a few years ago and loved them so much, I just bought a second pair. If you’re also on the hunt for the perfect everyday choice, then these are worth a try. Keep reading to shop it and a few other cute silhouettes
