13 Pieces Destined for Cult Status This Summer

May 04, 2020 at 06:02AM We all know the feeling when you set your heart on a particular piece and find it’s sold out when you finally get around to buying it. This happened to me last summer with a number of items I’d earmarked to invest in for a late holiday. To be honest, I take full responsibility. I’m not a forward thinker when it comes to shopping, and historically, my pre-holiday or –event routine usually ends up being a mad dash around Westfield or a same-day Net-a-Porter order. Surprisingly, this doesn’t often come up with very fruitful results.  This year, although summer is set to look a little different, I have vowed to change my approach and invest in fewer pieces I really love ahead of time. I’m still thinking about how Arizona Love’s bandana sandals could make my current summer wardrobe so much better, so they’ll be top of the list since they’ve just been restocked (a sure-fire sign they’ll be everywhere again this summer).  New additions that we have already seen creeping into our Instagram feeds include Faithfull’s array of printed dresses (I’ll take any and all of it), and the Who What Wear collection thong sandals, which, trust us, are flying off the shelves already.  Yes, it’s early, as spring sunshine has only really started to set in, but however, it may feel, summer is coming—we promise. And when it does, we want you to be ready. It’s our job as editors at Who What Wear to predict what styles and trends are going to be big for the

I’m a Picky Zara Shopper, and This Is What I’d Buy There for Spring

May 04, 2020 at 05:10AM You’re probably wondering what being a picky Zara shopper even means, so I’ll explain. While I love Zara as much as the next girl, when I shop there, I do my best to use as discerning an eye as I would have if everything there were super expensive. In other words, not just buying anything I see because it’s affordable or at the very least more affordable than a lot of other brands out there. Not a bad approach, right? And since it’s recently dropped a ton of items for spring and the season is technically still in full swing despite current events, I figured I would share what I’d be buying from Zara were I in the market for a new seasonal wardrobe. Somehow, despite my pickiness, I still ended up with a whopping 40 picks, so to see everything that made the cut, just keep scrolling—and be sure not to quit before you get to the shoe section! Pair with the matching orange dress if you fancy.  Loving these boning-inspired details. A cinched waistline always helps. If I can look this cool too, I’m in. The perfect little top to wear under jackets and blazers. Had to throw a little tie-dye into the mix. Big collar energy. Eighteenth century but make it 2020. Ready or not, this trend is here. Still loving this leggings trend. This skirt is undeniably fun. Long leather shorts: Everyone is wearing them. I’m very intrigued by this colour and the way it’s styled.
