Join us for Home Workout Warrior! (A full 4-week fitness and meal plan)
May 26, 2020 at 11:26AM Hi friends! How’s the morning going? I’m writing with some exciting news: we’re starting a 4-week version of my most popular fitness plan, Home Workout Warrior. The fun officially starts Monday, June 1. Feel free to follow at your own pace – I know times are crazy right now – but I wanted to share some resources in one spot since many of us will be working out at home for a bit longer. I also wanted to create a little community so we can cheer each other on along the way! Here’s what Home Workout Warrior is all about: – This workout plan is the first 4 weeks of the Home Workout Warrior Fit Guide. I spent a LOT of time putting my Fit Guides together because I was very strategic with the exercises I chose, the order/flow of the exercises, and the progressions of the workouts. One of my biggest pet peeves about online programs and apps is that there is zero progression. You’re not switching up the training technique (between endurance, hypertrophy, and max strength), adding balance or advancing the movements, and it’s all just a recipe for plateau. You may see results for the first month, but after that, it’s likely that you’ll hit a plateau and have to switch to the next thing. I created these workouts to be as results-driven, functional, and fun as possible! – The Home Workout Warrior plan workouts are dumbbells-only, so you don’t need a ton

Plant Magic: Basically, Our New Hobby For the Year
May 26, 2020 at 11:05AM We were so charmed and intrigued by the new book, Plant Magic: Herbalism In Real Life, that we’re sending it to a bunch of friends while we’re all at home. With most of us living at a slower pace lately, we’ve been craving more nature then ever before and this book has been teaching us to forage, make fresh tea, tinctures and generally look forward to being able to spend more time outdoors in the near future. Author Christine Buckley explores the basics of herbalism in language we can not only understand, but actually enjoy. We can’t say the same of all books on herbs which are sometimes so dry they snuff out our enthusiasm after page one. Plant Magic is broken down into 3 parts: ‘a crash course in herbalism’ with charts and quizzes that help you understand a high-level view of things, part two – ‘making friends with plants’ (because, yes), and, most importantly, part three – ‘your herbal arsenal’ the bulk of the book that dives deep into twenty-two individual herbs from thyme and chamomile to dandelion and elderberry. There are charts for each herb and a few pages each on sourcing, the herb’s helpful properties and a few ways to use each one (including recipes). If you’ve ever dreamed of stepping up your herbal tea game or being able to forage or garden your own remedies and tinctures at home, this book is the perfect way to get started. Bonus points

The Spring Wedding Guest Dresses You’ll Wear Again and Again
May 26, 2020 at 08:10AM The best wedding guest dresses are something we search for each and every month of the year, and every time, our quest for the wedding guest outfit drama comes into play. After all, the matrimonial schedule never stops, and we can understand why it’s a big deal to locate the ultimate frock for the big day. Choosing an outfit for such an important event is one of the most high-pressure wardrobe situations a fashion fanatic will find themselves in all year. Who will be there? Will you be caught off-guard in a candid snap? What about the pictures that last forever and ever in everyone’s photo albums? And then there’s what you really want to opt for in your heart of hearts. Lace? Pastels? Florals? Designer? High street? So many options. That’s not to even mention choices other than dresses (of which there are many, but we won’t go there here). Sometimes, the answer comes in the form of an elevated, beautiful gown that wins in one swish of a hem. We start thinking about dresses as soon as the invitations come in and feel it’s never too early to start planning for a wedding. We’ve scoured the latest collections to bring you a fashion editor’s selection of the greatest new-season pieces to invest in, be it for a ceremony at a beach getaway, in a city or nestled in a cosy country retreat. These 31 White Shirts Are Easily the Best Right Now
May 26, 2020 at 07:00AM There’s nothing like a white shirt, is there? It’s almost comforting how reliable it can be—easily worn with everything you own, from jeans to skirts and even smart track pants. It’s a blank canvas for accessories. I’m personally a fan of wearing a white shirt with big gold hoops or a vintage chain necklace or even both. But you can wear it with any colour or shape of earring, necklace or bracelet, and it will look polished and refined. (Just make sure it’s had a good iron.) While a classic button-down is always a winner, 2020’s version of the white shirt is a little more exciting. Whether it’s an oversize collar, like Miu Miu’s or Ganni’s sold-out versions, or a puff-sleeve or even a tie-waist, so many white shirts right now have some little twist or detail. All you need to do is simply wear it tucked in to high-waisted jeans or under a jumper with the collar poking out. Of course, you can still go with bold accessories, too. Keep scrolling then for an edit of the best white shirts around right now. Next up, the biggest spring/summer 2020 fashion trends you need to know. Author Elinor Block | Whowhatwear Selected by CWC
I’ve Tested This Affordable Skincare Line for a Year—Here Are My Top 7 Products
May 26, 2020 at 06:30AM The most expensive one is £18. By now, you’re likely familiar with our (very fabulous) sister skincare line, Versed. It’s affordable (£18 and under) and composed of 19 sustainably sourced, nontoxic, results-driven skin essentials. From cleansers and serums to masks and toners, Versed has quickly become one of the most beloved skincare brands among WWW readers, editors, even celebrities, and facialists. My mom (who’s 73, fabulous, and obsessed with her skin) has also given the brand two thumbs-up, and the fact that we’re coming up to Versed’s first birthday is absolutely mind-boggling to me considering how much buzz and love it’s managed to garner in our community. As Who What Wear’s beauty editor, I was lucky enough to get a sneak peek of the brand’s must-have products pre-launch last year, so this month actually marks the one-year point of my first introduction to the line. I’m super nitpicky when it comes to skincare, and my skin is also sensitive and acne-prone. Not to sound like a product snob, but when it comes to skincare, I’m a product snob, and I have very particular tastes in ingredients and formulations. Of course, I knew that Who What Wear’s savviest beauty experts and researchers were behind Versed’s magic, but that didn’t necessarily mean I would love all of the products. That said, one year after being introduced to the brand, I honestly use 10 of the 19 products regularly within my skin regimen and love to shout my appreciation for them from the rooftops. (Especially considering how clean and affordable they are compared
