Post Malone Workout Routine and Diet Plan [2020]
June 07, 2020 at 07:12AM Post Malone Workout Routine and Diet Plan: Post Malone is a singer, songwriter, and actor who has starred in the movie called Spencer Confidential. The singer has given many party hits like wow, rockstar, sunflower, and many others. He’s also famous for staying in the same shape since people have seen him, so if you also want to know the Post Malone workout and diet plan, then keep on reading this article. Post Malone Workout Routine and Diet Plan Post Malone Body Stats Height 6 ft 1 inch Weight 80 kg Age 24 years Chest 42 inch Others Under review Also Read: Travis Scott Workout Routine and Diet Plan Post Malone Workout Routine I don’t know if you guys have noticed this or not, but Post Malone isn’t the fittest guy here in the singing industry, and if you don’t know then I will tell you right now that the singer doesn’t have a fitness routine that he will follow. The only thing this rockstar is doing to keep himself lean and slim is probably his live shows performances. Now there is some talk about him running sometimes; well, I don’t know anything about that, and I can stay. It’s not looking that true. The reason why I say that is because the singer loves drugs and beer way too much and when you are doing all that stuff, you cannot do much physical activity. So the chances are probably less than a percent, now
Summer Outfit Ideas: 8 Looks You’ll Want to Wear as Much as We Do
June 07, 2020 at 06:34AM If you’re in the midst of planning great summer outfit ideas, there’s good news: Some of the best street style stars and influencers have seriously upped their warm-weather wardrobe games this year, even if it’s just for the purpose of lounging on their Instagrammable sofas. However, rather than the standard summer dressing routine (which can only interest a fashion-hungry girl for so long), you may feel like taking a slice of sartorial inspiration from these experts to switch up your daily ensembles. Sometimes, summer outfits need to be straightforward and simple to assemble, with just a flourish of a key accessory or subtle injection of a new styling move, and sometimes —because the UK’s climate is so unpredictable—the layering and construction will be more demanding. (We’ve supplied the more advanced levels, of course.) So without further ado, let us introduce you to the summer outfit ideas we’re into right now—provided by some standout looks and supported by the shopping pieces you need to see. Everything You Need to Know About Getting Vitamin D While Wearing SPF
June 07, 2020 at 06:30AM Everyone knows that they should be wearing SPF every day, but in all honesty, I kind of get why it’s such a difficult cause to get behind. With the way that it feels on the skin and formulas that seem to aggravate breakouts, being willing to apply SPF every day when you can’t physically see the damage that the sun is causing is quite an accomplishment. With that being said, I do apply it every day (gold star for me), and I will continue to harp on about the importance of doing so, even if my nagging falls on deaf ears. So yes, avoiding daily SPF application, come rain or shine, is logic I can sort of reason with. However, I absolutely draw the line at skipping SPF for a day spent sunbathing. And yes, this is far more common than you might think it is. During the recent heatwave, I saw countless comments on social media spreading the message that we should all be frolicking outside in bikinis sans sun cream to get our vitamin D levels back up post-lockdown easing. And this is the sort of reasoning I hear a lot when discussing the importance of SPF to friends. Some common rebuttal from said friends includes: “But just think about how healthy your skin starts looking when you’re on holiday,” and “What about rickets?” and “I’m feeling sad and think I need some more vitamin D, so I’m going to skip sun cream today.” If there’s anything this

The Trousers That Look Smart But Are as Comfy as Leggings
June 07, 2020 at 06:00AM It’s fair to say that the novelty of leggings has officially worn off—or perhaps for you, it wore off one week into lockdown. Of course, we are strong proponents of the “if it makes you feel good, then wear it” approach to dressing, so if the thought of your Lululemons is the only thing that gets you out of pyjamas in the morning, then more power to you. However, if you’re craving a bit of a style shake-up without compromising on comfort, then I have the perfect solution. Don’t worry. I’m not going to apply tough love and drag you kicking and screaming into your best dress and heels in order to feel work-ready. Rather, I’ve come across the perfect amalgamation that combines polish with and comfort. Introducing tailored joggers. This hybrid isn’t exactly new on the scene, yet it feels like the ideal compromise for our current WFH wardrobes. Most importantly, like classic joggers, it features an elastic waistband—a small yet significant detail that is far more appealing than any high-waisted jeans or restricted button fastening. However, the point of difference is the fabric and the silhouette. Countless brands have delivered stretchy-waist trousers in smart fabrics such as wool-blend, silk, herringbone and crêpe, transforming this loungewear go-to into a polished staple. The chicest styles come with a wide-leg fit that is tailored at the waist and tapers out at the thigh. It offers a beautiful slouch that will complement everything from tank tops and white

The High-Street Buys the Fashion Crowd Is Loving Right Now
June 07, 2020 at 05:54AM The team at Who What Wear UK prides itself on uncovering cult items before they’ve even made it off the production line. We’re keen, to say the least, and a great portion of our time is spent documenting and analysing the Instagram posts of the thousands of cool women we follow on Instagram for high-street sightings. In fact, we have WhatsApp groups and Slack channels dedicated to these affordably priced power pieces, and we want to update you on them as soon as possible (aka after we’ve bought our faves). Our skills are so attuned that more often than not, we’ll have an inkling about a certain piece before it has hit the big time. Sometimes, you’ll find a flurry of brand-specific action due to a paid activation or natural desire to wear a particular thing or label. But other times, it’ll be a slow and steady accumulation of saved posts that start to make a trend clear to me—especially when a vast array of influencers start favouring the very same items over a longer period of time. Either way, please trust that we’re on it. Right now, there are some beautiful items making a strong bid for inclusion in this gallery. From a timeless Arket shirt to an H&M dress that looks way beyond its high-street price tag, keep reading to see my picks of influencers wearing the latest high-street items. H&M Calls This the Most Flattering and Comfortable Swimsuit Ever
June 07, 2020 at 05:31AM For someone like me who’d rather spend money on jeans and shoes than swimsuits, affordable brands like H&M are high on my swimwear list. Just like the rest of its offerings, the store is regularly adding new swimsuits to its inventory, but it can be tricky to choose the right swimsuit sight unseen. H&M is helping out with that. Recently, the brand sent out an email entirely dedicated to one particular swimsuit. The subject line of the email was “The most flattering swimsuit—ever.” Obviously a bold statement, but of course I was convinced to open the email. The swimsuit in question is a new collection of pastel-coloured crinkled-fabric swimsuits, which H&M also called out as being comfortable, and it looks it. The crinkled-fabric swimsuits start at just £10 for the one-piece and top out at £25 for the high-leg bikini. Shop the various options below as well as a few other swimsuits I couldn’t resist including. Shop the matching Brazilian Bikini Bottoms (£13). Shop the matching Brazilian Bikini Bottoms (£10). This Is How My Favourite Fashion People Make Their Houses Look So Chic
June 07, 2020 at 05:00AM When you decide to redecorate, whether you’re in a rented place or one you own, it can feel overwhelming. For months, I have been saving random images, screenshots and torn out pictures from home design magazines to get a good idea of what I want my house to look like. It’s fun, of course, but it’s also starting to get a bit confusing about what I really want. Happily, it turns out there are plenty of fashion influencers who have recently redecorated or just have impeccable taste when it comes to interiors and who I’m stealing ideas from. There’s Laura Jackson, who has the most exceptional eye for detail when it comes to finding just the right vintage piece—she has a more maximalist style but it feels super homey. Then there’s the opposite in the form of a more minimalist approach championed by Monikh Dale and Brittany Bathgate. Here, you’ll find every home-design rule I’ve learnt from following these influencers (as well as a few others), and which pieces are guaranteed to add a bit of extra oomph to your home… I’m starting with the hardest first, because bathrooms can be so difficult to decorate. You want it to be a place of serenity, but that doesn’t mean you have to stick to the classic white. Take a tip from Laura Jackson and add in plants, candles and prints to give it more life.
