We have been busy planning and preparing to ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene will be adhered to: We will limit the number of visitors in each store at any one time. This will help you and our team members observe social distancing. There will be floor stickers or signs as guidance. To ensure maximum floorspace to allow for social distancing our upcoming sale will be available online only. At this time we will not be accepting online returns in-store. If you should change your mind about an order please use the free returns labels provided. We have installed protective barriers on every cash desk and would encourage you to pay via card or apple pay where possible. All staff members will be provided with PPE including face masks and gloves. There are easy to use hand sanitiser stations throughout our stores which we invite you to use on entry and exit.
